Pricing & Payment

How are shipping costs calculated?
Costs depend on shipment type (FCL or LCL), container size, cargo weight/volume, departure and destination ports, and handling fees.

We charge a handling fee for securing freight rates, coordinating export documentation, and managing logistics. Freight charges are paid directly to the freight forwarder or included in our final invoice.

We accept wire transfers and other agreed-upon payment methods. Payment terms will be outlined in the shipping agreement.

Export Documentation & Compliance

What export documents are required for shipping to the Middle East?
Typical documents include:
•Commercial Invoice
•Packing List
•Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill (AWB)
•Certificate of Origin (if required by the destination country).
Yes! Our team has over 25 years of experience in export documentation and compliance for Middle Eastern markets. We assist in preparing and reviewing all required paperwork.
The consignee (importer) is responsible for customs clearance at the destination port. We recommend working with a local licensed customs broker.

Cargo Handling & Insurance

Is cargo insurance included in the shipping cost?
No, cargo insurance is not included by default. Customers can purchase insurance separately to protect against loss or damage.
All cargo is packed according to industry standards and secured within the container. If additional packaging or crating is required, it should be arranged before shipment.
If your cargo is insured, you can file a claim with your insurance provider. If uninsured, liability depends on the terms set by the freight forwarder.
